Sections of garden cuttings and shrubs are shipped in good condition when they leave our nursery. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to initiate or boxes and check for damage. If this is the case, please indicate on the dispatch, in the presence of the deliveryman, the statement specifying the harm and your signature. Be sure to advise us by email for this situation as quickly as possible, immediately after receipt. We will take steps to satisfy you by either replacing the plants if they are damaged.

It is also the responsibility of the customer to verify the watering of plants and arrange them to cool in a place sheltered from sun and wind.

We use a delivery system that is fast, efficient and reliable. Delivery times are 72 hours. This means that there is no delivery on weekends and holidays. The plants and garden items are carefully packed in a cardboard box. You will receive your seedlings directly to you.
